Who am I?

My name is Liz and I am passionate about real, good-quality food and want to make it accessible to everyone. I live in Brisbane, Australia and In my other life I’m a PhD student, so I understand the challenges of eating real food on a budget. I spend my evenings and weekends using my research skills to find the best real food bargains and recipes so that you don’t have to.
