The Yummiest Smoothie

Disclaimer: This recipe is neither super-frugal or super-healthy, but it is super-delicious 🙂

I have been experimenting with making smoothies in our shiny new food processor, and have finally decided on my favourite – a choc-berry-peanut butter concoction of deliciousness. And it’s made of real food ingredients, so it’s healthier than any pre-packaged smoothie you can buy in the supermarket.

Ingredients (makes about 2 glasses)

1 tin coconut cream

1 tbsp peanut butter (or any other nut butter)

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 handful frozen mixed berries

1/2 tbsp of real maple syrup

Place everything into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Taste and add extra maple syrup if necessary. Enjoy 🙂
